Description

This took me forever! But I must say, I am happy with the outcome...All of these elements are from many different kits. The background picture is sepia and I turned the opacity down to about 40. To make it blend in, I added a couple of overlays. The picture of the eyes are cropped and turned b/w and then brought out the colorin the eyes.

Thanks a bunch ladies! He's always been noticed for those eyes. Marilyn, that kit was a freebie from the digi free search...if I have it right go to http://ledigiscrapdefanette.blogspot.com/ and it's an add on kit called A star in Heaven. It's all the way at the bottom of the page. If you look at the LO's posted, you will see the one I used for my inspiration.

Very cute! Don't you just love "eye" pics? This may be a dumb question, but how do you get just the eyes to be blue and the rest b/w? Forgive, I'm still a baby with digital scrapbooking! Anne

Well, I did not know myself until a few weeks ago. RABIDFOX (Rachel) is kind enough to give pointers on these actions...she's the expert! If you go to one of her LO's and click on her name shortcut in the tags, look through her LO's until you see a LO "GOT PHOTOSHOP?". This LO is an instruction on turnning the photo b/w and bringing out the color on what you want. I don't have photoshop, but it was pretty close to same thing in Corel..that's what I have. Good Luck!
