St. Patty's Day 2010
Description
I volunteered to prepare the traditional Irish corned beef and cabbage dinner for my Mom and brother. While setting out dinner, both of them told me they'd never had corned beef. Suffice to say, there weren't many leftovers....I think they liked it!
