Making Sandtarts

My grandson, Cody, Christmas 1995, when he was six years old, helping me make sand tarts. I used to roll out the dough real thin and cut them out with cookie cutters that used to be my mom's. But, laziness won out in the end, and now I just slice them and sprinkle them with colored sugar. They actually taste better than the rolled ones (even though the cut out ones were prettier) because they don't have as much flour in them.
