I really like this x-mas tree. I must be too new at Memory Mixer. I have been trying to recreate the image and can't. Which new freebies did you use? Also, how do you get different papers in the shapes? Sorry to bug you! Sarah

Hi Sarah, sorry to take so long to get back to you. I used the new freebies as above. The shapes are created like this. With a page open choose backgrounds, paper, select the paper you want then click 'Add as an additional background' (Just learnt this myself) and the paper will show on your page. With the paper 'highlighted' Click on Photo shape and choose triangle 1 (in MM3)that will change the paper into a triangle. I think you can choose a triangle in MM2 not sure about MM1. You then resize it to the size you want, short fat one or a long skinny one. I selected each of the Limeade papers and turned them into triangles then placed one on top of the other and put a shadow on each triangle. The stars were done the same way but using the star shape and the heart obviously with the heart shape. I put smaller hearts on top of the larger ones. The glow from the star on the tree were also triangles. The 'flame' of the candles are triangles and the 'candle' was just the paper made smaller. The tree trunk a triangle made skinny. When I got the right size for the decorations I copied them several times so they would all be the same size. Then when you have finished you click on the 'Arrange' tab, click on select all then click on group which then allows you to move the whole thing as one embellishment instead of dozens of little bits. I also tried the polygon shape in 2 colours to form a wreath which I will use embellies from my stash. Sarah, I hope you can follow this long winded explaination, any interpretation just ask. I don't have photoshop or any of those fancy programmes so usually rely on embellies etc from others. Cheers

Thank you! It made sense! I too do not have photoshop or other programs! I'm loving MM3!
