Description

a family trip to Dubai. We had a great time - lots to see and to do! I am new to MM, but I am having a ball figuring all this stuff out - it is addicting - I think I need some sort of AA meeting for this!

Wow, looks like you had an awesome time. What a great experience. Where do you live? I am just asking because I am wondering how long your flight was!. How long were you there? I agree with you, about addicting, they could call it MMA- Memory Mixers anonymous! Thanks for sharing your vacation- really neat layouts and I really enjoyed seeing what Dubai is like, looks like a pretty place.

We really did have a good time - we were there 4 or 5 days. I am currently living in Kuwait (my husband works in oil & gas) - so our flight was only about an hour. But I am originally from Texas (yeehaw!) and that is about a 16 hour plane ride! I was home for the summer and saw MM Lite in Circuit City and thought I would give it a try. Well about a week later I upgraded to MM2 and have not looked back! We are going to Greece in 2 weeks and I can't wait to start scrapping the pictures! Already thinking ahead! Keep an eye out for my Grecian LOs!

Thanks, thanks, thanks!! Can anyone tell me how to layer backgrounds - like half the page one background and the other half another background? How about several mats behind one picture???

re: backgrounds, I just add a matt or paper and the stretch it to fit the space. You can add a shape behind a matt making it just a little larger than the matt.
